Kuala Lumpor - May 2010

I had a "regional training meeting" in Kuala Lumpor in May. We had been supposed to go to Phuket, but what with the political unrest the company moved our conference venue one week out! It was a pretty impressive effort to move everything to a new venue in such a short period of time. Here are a few snap-shots from the time I wasn't in sessions and during my weekend in KL after the conference was over:

Petronus Twin Towers - these dominate the skyline of KL which has an abundant # of sky scrapers! The geometry of the building(s) is consistant with Muslim architectural style.

For the final night of the conference we were all given Sarongs to wear at "Asia's best attraction" a large theme park - we had dinner in the water park.

The entertainment - fire dancers!

And the daily torrential rain! It definitely helped bring the temperature down and humidity under control!
